Join me on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 10 AM at the SE corner of Bush Park. This is an easy slow-paced class, please bring your own props and reserve your spot by texting me at 503-990-5043. Cost is sliding scale, $5-20, contactless payment options available.
Peas, Love and Yoga! (June-September)
I LOVE DOING YOGA
OUTSIDE! When the warm weather is here it's time once again to breathe in the
delicious morning air at Minto Island Growers Farm. Please join me for Peas,
Love and Yoga at The MIG farm stand Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM, June through
September. This is an Easy slow-paced class, everyone is welcome. Donations are
greatly appreciated. Please bring your own props. We are allowing plenty of
room between mats, so group size is limited. To reserve your spot text me
at 503-990-5043.
This farm is such a wonderful place to be. The beautiful flowers and organic
veggies, the sounds of a working farm, the amazing smells wafting from the food
truck as they prepare for the day. I feel so lucky to be invited back to share
Yoga for every summer! Thank you, Elizabeth and MIG.

Directions to the farm stand: Located just 10 minutes from downtown Salem
.3 miles off of River Road South at 3394 Brown Island Road South
in Salem, Oregon 97302.
After turning on Brown Island Road, cross the railroad
tracks, passing our nursery on your right. Continue following signs to the
farm stand, which will appear on your right after the tall trees- look for
a white canopy and brown pole building.
