Peas, Love and Yoga is back!
Summer is here! Join me Thursday evenings beginning July 4th at Minto Island Growers Farm stand at 6:15 PM for a fun, all levels yoga class outside in the fresh air!

O Yo!
The weather is amazing, so we are starting our Peas, Love and Yoga class (aka O Yo! Outside Yoga) early this season!! Leslie Venti and I will be teaching Tuedsays at 6:30 PM starting NOW and Friday mornings at 8:00 AM starting May 25th. Classes are All Levels, beginners are welcome, please bring your own props and dress in layers! Minto Island Growers is located at 3394 Brown Island Road. The Farm Food Cart opens June 1st! Yay!
June 22, 2012 Update: the weather has been fluctuating a lot this month! Please check the Minto Island Growers facebook page to confirm that class is happening. We cancel when it's raining or too cold! Also, if you want a shorter class, we have a 7:30 half hour of "farmer stretches" before the regular yoga class. Join us for either or both!
