Yoga and Chi Running Retreat at Silver Falls

Begins with dinner on Friday, June 10^th ends after lunch on Sunday, June 12^th

Cost: $340.00 includes two nights lodging and six meals,

 instruction in Chi Running®, yoga, pranayama and meditation.
